What is included in the package?
All-inclusive holiday: Flight from selected German airports offered as well as Zurich, Vienna or Salzburg, transfer from the airport to the hotel, seven nights in a four-star hotel; free food, free drinks from 10 am to 1 am; access to the beach; pool area; concerts, aftershow with the artists.
Bookings without flight (via the English booking page): Seven nights' accommodation in a four-star hotel; free food, free drinks from 10am to 1am; access to the beach; pool area; concerts, aftershow with the artists. A shuttle from Palma airport to the hotel can be booked as an option (at an additional cost). -
Will there be day tickets?
Due to the all-inclusive package, there will be no day tickets.

How old has my child to be?
Children of all ages are welcome.

Are the packages purchasable without flights?
Via the English booking page, you can only book your travel without a flight. For packages including flight please check the German booking page as we only offer flights from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

How do I pay? Is a deposit required?
Payment by bank transfer is generally offered as a payment method. After booking, 25% is due as a deposit, the remaining amount 30 days before the start of the trip.

Where can I get a accreditation as a press representative?
Representatives of the press can register in advance at press@full-metal-holiday.com .

Which airports are offered in the packages?
In general, the option to book with a flight is unfortunately not available for our international customers. If you are, however, interested to start your travel from Germany, Austria or Switzerland, please check the German booking page. In this case, the following airports can be offered:

How many concerts will there be and when will they take place?
Around 25 to 30 concerts will take place on the stages (Pool Stage, Beach Stage). The times of the respective concerts can be found in the running order as soon as it is available.

How can I pay for drinks after 1am?
Drinks consumed after 1am have to be paid directly to the bar staff.

Can I book excursions?
Excursions can be booked on site.

Is it possible to book additional persons?
If a friend decides to come with you at short notice, Willst-Du-weg (info@willstduweg.de) is happy to help you with the booking.

How much time does the hotel transfer take?
Depending on traffic, the transfer from the airport to the hotel takes around one to 1.5 hours.

How are the hotel rooms equipped?
All rooms have free WiFi access, bathroom with shower, minibar, air conditioning, microwave, telephone, hairdryer and a safe for a fee.

How do I get to the hotel and back? Do I have to register for the transfer?
The transfer is included in the package holiday. You will receive information on this with your travel documents. Otherwise, a transfer can be booked as an option or you can book a hire car from/to the airport in Palma. Please contact info@willstduweg.de.

When will I receive my travel documents?
You will receive your documents around ten to 14 days before the start of your trip. Due to the high volume, there may be slight delays in individual cases.

Where and when can I eat?
All meals in the main restaurant, breakfast and dinner in the themed restaurant, lunch in the pizzeria and snacks at the food trucks are included in the holiday price. You will find the opening times for this on site in the hotel complex.

Is it possible to expand the stay?
Willst-Du-weg (info@willstduweg.de) helps you to extend your holiday: before the event in the same hotel and after the event in a different one.

Are there discounts for severely disabled persons/accompanying persons?
Since it is a all-inclusive tour, no reduction can be granted.

Are there barrier-free rooms?
Yes, there are only a few rooms. Please indicate during the booking if you need one.
